Keebox IPC1000WI Surveillance/Network Camera - Color

Can't config either of the 2 units I bought. Software sees the camera initially, so I can select it, change the password, etc. Then it gets stuck on "Gathering information. Please wait." How long is it supposed to take?!? I waited 15 minutes. I even reset one back to factory and tried again. Not impressed...so far seems like a waste of money.

The only downside is the fact that you have to configure it using Windows.

Have over a dozen of these cameras and all work well, seperatley and together. Included software has many helpful bells and whistles
