A wonderful product for my Goan prawn curry. I had to temper it before using and got the directions from a YouTube video. I did this twice and then started cooking in it.The taste of my prawn curry is vastly different from the steel vessels. Because I keep tempering the pot with coconut oil I get a lovely favour infused into the cooking.A great product. Only you have to be careful in washing as your servants care two hoots about whether they will break it or not.So I wash it carefully myself and store it on top of my fridi where no one but me can reach it...it's an eccentric buy for sure.
