Q: does it come fully assembled?

Dear Customers,sincerely this folding rollator walker doesn’t come fully assembled.Due to it’s designed for compact folding and easy assembled.So you just need to lightly install it through only 3-4 steps and then you can enjoy walking with this rollator walker product.

Q: Received rollator (oasisspace) went to put handles up 4 notches, pushed in "pin" and it vanished, and did not pop back out. what do i do?

Advise OasisSpace. Brake cable and pin occupy hollow strut...meanwhile, move handle past holes if pin doesn’t appear exercise brake handle at same time. Match holes, angle light into hole... might be teased into popping out like with a dental pick...would only do above to my machine. Mine great except for rings on seat pull.
