So I love the taste. I've shared this with others who have also raved about the flavor of the Vanilla Caramel.However, my first time I did get some stomach discomfort. Then..I read the whole bottle...which says at the bottom in the WARNING:..."High levels of MCT may cauase initial gastrointestinal (GI) discomfort, therefore it is advised to start with 1/2 serving to determine tolerance."So after that I started with 1/3 of serving to build up to a full scoop. Others in my office use to flavor their coffee. It's a good product but some folks might be sensitive to the MCTs and should build up their tolerance. If you do that it will last longer and you won't have an unpleasant experience.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I can't help but leave one on this. The taste is honestly great, I had the caramel vanilla. There's not really any aftertaste and isn't chalky at all.My problem is the after BURN. Literally...I've tried drinking this with almond milk and water as directed on the label. Nothing helps. I drank this for about 6 mornings in a row and every morning my stomach would be set on FIRE. Pain and burning sensation in my abdomen. I didn't change anything in my routine when I started this product. The first time I tried almond milk and when it began to hurt so bad I thought it was bc I drank it on an empty stomach, so I ate a small piece of cheese to settle it. No relief. The next morning I tried to eat a piece of cheese BEFORE I drank it and this time I mixed with water...again it began to burn and hurt immensely. After the 6th day of drinking the product (I'm not a breakfast person, coffee is about it which is why I wanted the product to begin with) I had to give up. The pain does eventually go away but in the meantime it's very uncomfortable. I tried once more this morning, had one cup of coffee, mixed with water and drank and within 5 minutes if not shorter, it began to burn again. So again..the taste truthfully is not bad at all, if you can drink it without it upsetting your stomach it would make a great meal replacement. I however, am not one to be able to get past it. I'd return but it's non returnable.

This product has a lot of bad reviews so I figured I’d share my experience.My friend got a sample of this in his GNC box and he gave it to me as I’m on keto. I mixed it with some water, drank, and was surprised at how good it was, and filling! And comparing the sample size with the serving size from the jar, I think the sample was smaller.I did not get any stomach issues or irritation. Now, I generally don’t, I don’t have a sensitive stomach, but this tasted good and no adverse affects.I’ve had two servings from this jar I ordered so far, and I’ve had exactly the same experience, except I did half water half almond milk, which tasted even better. Again, no stomach problems.I think this is a great breakfast and potentially lunch to start your day with perfect macro ratios. I wish Finaflex would come out with more products like this- maybe bars or chips or some similar snack.Only knocking off a star because, you know, 35$.

This should not be considered a KETO product Many people like myself are doing Keto for health reasons Both of these ingredients and NOT keto and are nuerotoxins and cancer causing . And then it is not returnable! I am sure because most people would return it Complete waste of money. I would not even give this to anyone I know.

This is great blended with almond milk, dark chocolate and some ice (and some peanuts). A great substitute for sweet cravings.

The Keto food vanilla I ordered was extremelly sweet and after drink a bit my stomac started burning I had mauseas and vomit

I love this product HOWEVER this container is LESS than half full when I opened it!!! I understand that sometimes with product you have some empty room and a container but when I open this it was literally halfway empty very disappointed

I wanted to live this and the flavor was actually really good, BUT as many others noted...it came me a strange burning feeling in my stomach shortly after drinking it!! :(
