This is essential to maintaining good hygiene for our special needs daughter. Not only do we use it for toileting at home and when away, we add this to our homemade diaper wipes, a considerable money-saver. It provides the right amount of smooth cleaning to make them more effective than traditional diaper wipes.Homemade Diaper Wipes:1. Use a sharp non-serrated knife to cut a roll of Bounty or quality paper towel into toilet paper-sized rolls.2. Mix about five rounds of squirted dish soap into two cups of warm water.3. Add enough Sensi Care to turn water light blue.4. Wisk.5. Pour half the mixture into a container large enough to hold the half paper towel.6. Add paper towel and let soak.7. Add a quarter cup more warm water to mixture.8. Wisk.9. Flip over paper towel in container.10. Pour remaining mixture over top of paper towel.11. Let soak, about one minute.12. Remove core and first couple of paper towels with glue on them.Adjust soaps and water volume to your personal preference.

I did not need a 5 pack but it was not a deal breaker. I discovered this product after I was hospitalized due to a bike accident. I think it would be ideal for local travel or car travel. It can be used without rinsing although I have not tried that. It is non-irritating and it barely has a fragrance. Great if you exercise frequently and can’t step into the shower right away. I believe this product also comes in the form of wipes which would be ideal if you fly somewhere. I prefer this to any kind of bar or body wash due to how gentle it is. Since it came in a 5 pack, I gave one to my daughter to try. If it is good enough to used in a hospital, it is definitely good for home use.

I discovered this product a few years ago when I was diagnosed with a skin sensitivity in a sensitive area and was looking for products to alleviate allergic skin reaction during everyday wiping/cleaning tasks. This has been a lifesaver (skin saver!) for me, and I use it multiple times a day, every day. Effectively, I create my own flushable wetwipes by simply spraying the liquid on folded toilet paper and wiping. Note: I generally use a soft/strong toilet paper, like Charmin, which stands up to the spray. If you use a very thin toilet paper, it might shred when wet and not work as well.This also is wonderful as a general skin cleaner, as the bottle suggests, when sprayed directly on skin. I also got this for my mother, who has sporadic incontinence cleaning needs, and she loves it.

Have been using this product on my bedridden 90 year old mother for about a year. She requires incontinent diapers so I need to make sure that her private areas are clean to help prevent skin break down. This product is easy to use. I spray it on and wipe with clean cloth. It cleans thoroughly without being harsh on the skin. So there is no need to carry a basin of water and soap to her bedside. It also lasts a while. I have just reordered this.
