As described. I was concerned about finding one long enough for a taller guy and this fit the bill.

We purchased this for a costume which needed to have the ability to spread upward. This was perfect. It is not sheer (a good thing) and the collar stands quite well. We lined the inside for the character and it worked great.

bought for phantom of the opera costume for my husband (5'10") had to shorten it quite a bit or it would have been a tripping hazard.

The full length black cape was made of a nice moleskin type fabric which was very soft. I bought this cape for my granddaughter to wear for a school project she was doing on Edgar Allan Poe. Since it was a full length for an adult, I did cutoff about 16 inches and it worked perfectly for her. With the cutoff fabric I made a matching vest and with the black wig and mustache also purchased, she did a great impression of Edgar Allan Poe. She received an " A" grade, so it turned out great. Would recommend if you need a full length black cape.

The description says 100% cotton, it is made of 100% polyester instead, which is a lot cheaper.Other than that it is your run of the mill polyester cape made in China.

A couple of days ago, I was browsing Amazon in search of a suitable cape that I could use to transfer images onto for a costume. After some searching, I finally found this one listed as being made of 100% cotton. I placed my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. When I received the cape today, I was excited to start my project. However, when I checked the tag to see if I could use an iron to transfer the images, I was surprised to find that the cape was made of 100% polyester, which is unsuitable for my needs.
