Pacific Dualies 18180 180 Degree Valve Stem Extension - Set of 2, Silver

These are great. Been using these for years. If one ever brakes, it's only because a stick or something, off road got it, not because it failed. I think I have like a 8-9 year track record of them holding up between replacements. Needless to say, I always re-buy them when needed. Keep the spare in the glove box where it sits for many years unused haha.

I was happily surprised at how quickly we received these. We had just purchased the truck and needed them immediately before we went on a trip. Great quality. We had them put on at Discount Tire.

Bought both the 180° and the 3" straight extensions. Had the 180° extensions installed on the outside duals of my 40' diesel pusher by the tire shop when I had new tires put on and my flow-thru TPMS sensors mounted. Tire was mounted, new stems installed, inflated to 110psi, extensions put on stems, TPMS sensors mounted then the wheel was computer spin balanced and installed on the coach. 2 days later the outside duals were both down to 52psi and the TPMS was alarming like crazy! Could not get the extensions tightened down on the valve stems where they wouldn't swing on the stem and any pressure on them would cause them to leak. Removed the extensions and replaced the sensors. Now holds pressure fine. Just a little tough to air up the tires. Looking at 135° extensions but want some with hex-type nuts where they attach to the valve stem. I didn't use the straight extensions so can't review.

Hard to install but working great after installation.

I had an issue when I was installing them on the rear dullies for some reason I was getting a slight leak even after I tighten them after messing with them I finally got them where it’s not leaking so far, time will tell

Th extensions added to Ford dually inside tires and leaked. They were installed but my Ford dealer.

Worked Great for my application. Used them to allow installation of a dual tire air pressure equalizer system on a motorhome with 22.5 Alcoa wheels. The hex made snugging them much easier. Don’t over tighten them and they work great with no leaks.

These J valve extensions are great, makes checking and inflating my outer wheels so much easier. Only issue I had was the slight alterations I had to make to the stainless steel wheel inserts as they foulled on the dust cap of the extentions, adapt and overcome, all good now. Cheers guys!
