Glass part is very good. While rotating stand and LED lights are substandard. They even stop working some times.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing product. I liked it very much and got it delivered in two days on express delivery with no extra cost. The newly married couple gonna love it with the surprised gift. Wanted to gift them with a great product and got it done with CraftNcreation. Thank you so much for the kind support and excellent product, safely packed. My only suggestion is the LED lighting base should have an option with light but no rotation.

The crystal with image looks good. The image will have only 2 dimension front and back (reflects as mirror image) which is good but not as good as 3D.Please provide front facing / camera facing image for imaging. The image I provided was a little side facing, hence the outcome din't come upto my expectation. So Im rating 3 stars.If you are planning for a personalized gift, then its a good choice!

I received it to present to my frnd. It is just an amazi g piece of art. Glass is handful in size . The stand is beautiful. And multicolor just adds beauty to the creativity. Thank you so much Craft N Creation .you are the best👍👍

Recieved defective product
The packing was average. When I opened up I was happy to see the cube and the 3D image of the pic I had sent.But my happiness changed into disappointment as the LED base and the charger were defective. The chargers adaptor was making some sound as if a stone inside it. When I connected the LED base to it, I got some burning smell and I soon removed the adaptor. The LED base also had become warm.When I called up Amazon service centre they were prompt with the idea of returning this product. Replacement option was not there and I got my reimbursement within a couple of days after returning the product.I've ordered with another maker. Hoping this time I'll be happy with it.
