Before I start writing how I felt about this product, let me say that I'm a skinny 100% vegetarian person (I don't even eat eggs).So, after the long lockdown of gym, I decided to get back into the house of gains and the first week went horrible. Then I decided to buy MFF 100% Isolate whey (chocolate fudge flavour) after looking at so many positive reviews. So, I went ahead and ordered one. The order was delivered pretty quickly and was packed neatly and in a snug plastic cover. They even have a scoop inside. The thing I liked most about the product is that they even have a scratch code that you can enter in their website to check if you've received an original product or not. I entered mine and the product was authentic ! So, you absolutely don't have to worry about getting something cheap or fake.I was skeptical about getting whey protein or any supplement for that matter. I'm a vegetarian, the best protein intake for me is probably 25 gm a day at most so how am I going to digest like, 24-26 gm of protein in one sitting ? Obviously it would be very hard to digest right ? Well, I was wrong ! I have absolutely no problems in digesting it so it doesn't even bloat my stomach. Well, maybe a little given that I can't digest food with a lot of protein (that's just how my body is). But quick fix, if you feel like your tummy is bloated, eat a banana. Eventually after a week, my body was able to take in one serving with ZERO bloating. I guess one must give the body time to get adjusted to changes in diet. Also, keep drinking lots of water so it's easier for your kidneys to filter out higher protien (cause some people think they got kidney stones, stomach aches because of protein). So don't be a kangaroo rat and drink 4-5L of water every day !The mixability too, is just great. As long as you don't mix it with boiling hot milk, it'll mix perfectly.As for the flavour, the Chocolate Fudge one tastes amazing. It actually tastes sweet. Surprised how it contains zero sugars. They probably added sweetners that don't add calories (sugarless sugar) but nevertheless, it tastes great ! Don't be one of those idiots that drink it water and say "brooo, water, cause extra calories brooo". Nonsense ! It tastes amazing with milk !Now, the results. I should say, I started observing results in just after 2 days of use. It absorbs well. Though I suggest you drink it right after your workout. I was able to lift the weights I used to when I used to go the gym regularly before lockdown. That was a 6-7 month streak and I could lift the same weights as I used to back then ! It was quite impressive to see myself lifting well, not getting juiced out during workouts even though its my second week after 5-6 months ! I don't see any side effects of using MFF. None of the stereotype effects which people give (stomach pain, hair loss, pimples.. just nothing)Read the P.S note in the end about the other changes in diet I made.So, all in all, it's a pocket friendly, well tasting, great mixing whey protein product that I think every gym enthusiast must invest on. It gives great results. Just go for it !P.S. the result it gives are mostly dependent on the user. If you're one of those guys like me who's sole protein intake is from a protein shake, you'll not get super fast results. Remember, it's a supplement, not your staple. So when I say it gave me great results, I fixed my diet and shifted to a high protein, high fibrer diet and it's been great ever since !

I'm a vegetarian and a serious lifter. I use these protein shakes to fulfill my daily protein requirements.• Taste is okay. I don't like it but I drink it anyways because I'm more concerned about nutrition than anything else. But it definitely doesn't taste like chalk powder as mentioned in previous reviews.• Flavour - I got the unflavored version as it has a little extra protein. I just mix it with cocoa powder,skimmed milk and stevia.• Mixability - no issuesI buy MFF purely because being a student, my budget is limited.I've purchased both MFF whey and casein - satisfied with both. I've started recovering much faster since I started using these protein supplements and these are the only supplements I use.I did not experience any gastrointestinal symptoms as mentioned by other reviewers.It may be because I have a fibre rich diet - about 35-40g/day.Packaging : For the first time I was disappointed with MFF packaging. I recieved two 500g packets. Unfortunately one of them was slightly torn - maybe due to mishandling. So lost around 30-50g powder in the box. But otherwise no issues.I usually don't write reviews but I wrote this only to help anybody else struggling to decide whether to buy this casein or not. Initially even I was scared reading the negative reviews. But since I've been using their whey for quite some time now, I just decided to try their casein also. I'm not disappointed.

Great packaging! Two air tight separate pouches to ensure freshness and compactness. I couldn't find a substitute in this price range. Would recommend to all looking for getting that right protein supplement without blowing your pockets. I don't know why people are complaining about the taste... It is exactly as described - unflavored. You can add whatever flavor you want. Really happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend.Mixability is at par with best products.Texture is good.. The packaging was really good, so kudos on that. Now coming to the product itself, I see two issues as per liking, one it is too sweet, second the mixability of the powder is not perfect, it leaves lumps sometimes.Otherwise it fine, it leaves no bloating in the stomach which is good and helps in recovering the muscles as well.

The media could not be loaded. I tried for a month and i found it very geniune products. My biceps size increase by 1/2" In months time.
