I've been using ON for years. Protein mixes well with water, although the thickness might be too thin for some, although I have no problem with it. Protein to calories ratio is good. I'm very very picky with flavours, but the Chocolate Peanut Butter has been good. The Cinnamon Roll flavour has been very meh. I had a dash of almond extract and black cherry extract to boost the flavour so I can get through tubs that I might not finish.

This is a great tasting protein that provides a great source of effective protein. I've used this protein for a decade now. It keep my proteins needs sated while serving in the Navy aboard an aircraft carrier. It helps me maintain a high protein intake while limiting the amount of fat because of how clean the ingredients are.

I just recieved my order less than 24 hours ago and I couldn't wait to give this product a try. I was doing soo much research on which Whey protein to use in order for me to gain muscle and help with muscle recovery after my long workouts at the gym. I came across this and a few others but I wanted to give this a chance. I bought the flavor Strawberry banana and let me say it did not disappoint AT ALL. It was delicious very smooth and blended really well with my Oat Milk. I also added some banana and frozen strawberries to enhance the flavor some more and it was creamy and smooth.

I had bought vanilla ice cream flavor because it was cheaper but didn't like that as much.With protein it's best to go with a popular brand. I tried a hemp vegan protein brand once and it messed up my gut something fierce. So I don't even bother with those veggie-based kinds anymore.This brand works well. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Protein mixes have doubled in price since I started buying them.

DId a lot of research to find the best protein powder. I was having trouble getting enough protein in my diet and sometimes just didn't have enough time to cook proper meals. I add this to my coffee every morning and in the evening if I need to, I add it to hot water. The taste is good - you have to play around with the amount. If you aren't going to use a big glass, you may need to put a little less then the full scoop as it is pretty thick in just water. I have friends who add it to milk or yogurt.
