Morden design and easy to use
I was planning to rerun this item and it was an unauthorised order initiated by my daughter. I was too busy to return this item as it can only return via a post office with canning facility. None near my house works, hope Amazon can improve this.In fact, this phone is quite nice. Easy to use, morden design, this phone has all features that available in a smartphone of more well known brand. I am not feel regret keeping it.

After sales support poor.
I purchased the phone on recommendation as a birthday gift,the phone is 9months old and will now not charge properly due to an issue with the USB port.On browsing Web I find this is a problem with phone.The sellers XTEC UK have responded saying the return date is expired.Not even a 12month guaranteed product,shoddy.I will have to contact the manufacturer in China now.Obviously the company XTEC UK don’t have a regard for the paying public.

The phone it's self's not bad but the chargers are crap.
The chargers are crap.In all three of these phones I've baught the original charges have all but 1 broke. I've had the phones a month ..It over heats and the WiFi keeps disappearingand it's not my WiFi as my daughters iPad works fine. If I'm on a app and messenger pops up it crashess. The phone looks good but it has alot of flaws.I baught 3 of these cheep phones. Wish I'd have saved my cash .

Not the best but not the worst.
As other purchasers say, this phone is good for it's price. It is easy to set up, the fingerprint scanner is totally idiotic, more trouble than it is worth. Do you really want to give a fingerprint to a manufacturer? I don't. Otherwise I have no complaints. You pays for what you buy.

Very good must must be for anybody
I bought this for a friend she has been telling me it is a very good mobile phone very fast she is always on chat sites now trying to find a boyfriend that's what she told me

Battery and charging issues
Battery life lower than stated despite low usage. After six months started experiencing difficulties with phone charging - needed to tweak the cable or tilt phone for it to charge. Got progressively worse until it was taking 36 hours to charge and then not at all. Apparently there was a fault with the charge port but no repairers had the part in order to replace it. Gave up and purchased new phone. Phone therefore lasted less than a year.

Cubot j3 Pro
I have had 3 cubot phones prior to this one and they have all been well made had good battery life and worked as they should. this one however was badly made with sharp edges on the glass on a poor finish overall. I sent it back and asked for a refund.

Good quality phone
Very pleased with the quality . I watched some YouTube clips and the picture is amazing very clear. Brilliant HD camera. The sound is very clear when using the phone.
