The product itself was in horrible condition! The chilipowder that is supposed to sit on the lollipops had completely ran down the wrapper/lollipop stick & the lollipops themselves are melted & sticky. The chili powder that usually cotes the lollipops is no longer a powder at all (which really took the fun out of the lollipops to be honest) I'm completely disappointment in my purchase ):
