I love this stuff. Package arrived fast and in great shape. If I take this when I feel that first cold sore tingle, it seems to usually prevent the cold sore! Great product!

I always take one of these a day. There are many health benefits, as it is know to boost your immune system drastically. I take these mainly to prevent catching anything that I might contract by coming in contact with something during the day. Also reviews say that it's supposed to be good for dealing with HSV and sores.

Helps some for CFS but makes my heart race which I can't deal with. Tried to research what may be causing that but cannot figure it out.

I have been taking these for more than 2 years now. I used to get sick a lot. I had a gastrointestinal issue as well. Source Naturals is a trustworthy brand IMO. My usual brand (Vibrant Health - VH) was out of stock, so I purchased this one (SN) as a temporary replacement. SN has much bigger pills, which deceived me, and I took my new pills without calculating the difference in the 'Amounts per Serving'. I normally take 750mg VH (standardized to 30% polysaccharides) daily to suppress HSV 1. It works great. SN recommended dose (1 pill) is 350mg, with no note of any standardization. I learned the hard way that the recommended dose of SN was insufficient for me, and I ended up with a cold sore, because I didn't read the labels. Be sure to read your labels!

this is a great product. When I start taking it when I first get symptoms, the cold sore turns into a DUD! Shortens the life of the cold sore at the very least.

This helps you stop loosing hair if you are (not sure about male pattern baldness though). I used it post surgery and had started having more hair than normal fall out. In about 2 weeks, this cut it down to having less than normal fall out. It is also supposed to be anti viral.
