Overall great product. The compartments are customizable, it's sturdy, and it has a lot of spaceThe front drawers can only open if the side panels are slightly open or more. Which is fine but can be a hassle in tight spacesThe downsides are that the lock is not completely safe as the screws are on the outside. While it works fine for keeping kids out. Anyone determined can just unscrew the front plateSome people had issues with the mirror being off when shipped (just takes some glue to fix) , mine was fine but it is a common issue in the past.

The entire thing locks, which is hard to find and is a great feature. The lock is durable, I have unlocked and locked it several times a day for several months now and it is holding up just fine and feels very sturdy.The size is great, ample ring storage which is also hard to find, and all of the compartments meet my needs. The wood finish is good quality, no complaints there.The one thing I would change though and why am only giving 4 stars instead of 5, is the color of the velvet lining. I wish it was a nice cream color so the jewelry could look its best against it. Maybe it’s not a big deal to some people, but to anyone who is picky about color it’s worth noting. And to the manufacturer, you would have a perfect product here if you change the lining color to a nice off-white/cream!

This is exactly as pictured! Gorgeous and made so beautifully. It’s exquisite and I couldn’t find one flaw in design. The wood is a very natural and smooth finish. Matches my wardrobe perfectly. Especially with the gold accent. And LOTS of space for jewelry!!! It’s pretty big so you’ll need a lot to fill it all the way up.

My husband and I looked for a pretty, sturdy, roomy jewelry box for our mentally handicapped daughter’s birthday. We visited at least six local stores and were very disappointed in everything we saw. We finally looked at Amazon’s large selection and after reading many reviews, we picked this box. It is attractive, large enough, and well-constructed. We are very pleased!

Nice box for the price. Sturdy and plenty of storage. The mirror had come unglued and wasnt attached when it arrived, but I just re-glued it.

Nicely made jewelry box, a little smaller than I expected. Having to open the doors every time you just want to get into the thing can be annoying but that's part of the locking mechanism. So I guess that's the way it has to be made

I really loved the idea of this box. I saw another reviewer that said their mirror wasn't attached to the box when it arrived but it had so many other good reviews that I wrote it off. That was a bad call. The glue used to attach the mirror to the back of the lid is sadly ineffective. My first box had not only a detached but also a broken mirror. The corner was chipped and the backing was scraped (leaving a nonreflective spot on the front). Saddened, I requested a replacement, which Amazon was very quick in sending. After I ordered the second box I thought "Do I really even want to spend $75 on a box that I know has a weakly attached mirror?" Turns out that thought was irrelevant because the second box arrived in the same condition.Disappointed. Waste of time.You have been warned.

Looked beautiful online . Opened and scrapes along sides. I've gone through hell try to get return and refund . Delivered when wasn't supposed to . Tried to send back with driver. Multiple phone calls . I'm given a deadline to return in order to get postage and product refund. I'm on treatments, don't ho in stores. But will get after better from this session . Should of sent good one it's a gift. No quality control I guess. Stuck without gift now. Need refund first.
