The antina/dish supplied with the d2h set top box is dish tv antena, I don't like that. The set top box and remote are new model, not that one shown in the picture. The new model remote and software are not comfert, many features available in the previous one are not in the new one. eg, account details not showing name, customer Id etc of the customer. The reason for this purchase is I have a better experience with the model shown in the picture. I am disappointing with the new model

Over all good quality and package one month but Hdmi cable not provided and RF remote not provided... so Rs 1449 pakage ptomise Rf remot and hdmi cable provide but not provide.. qulity... picture and one month pakage and fitting free provide but Rf remote and hdmi cable not provide

Product is good but the free package is not same as shown or mention in detail. They need to update package details which is free for 1 month.They offer "1 Month Super Gold HD Free" which is old package detail but I have received Gold HD package.You only see the actual package detail using your user id after getting subscription or connection of D2H.You can resolve your package issue after talking with customer care service.

Value fore money

The only reason i shifted from Tata Sky to Videocon was for the RF remote. It works like a charm even from another room.Apart from the RF remote, nothing is good about this connection in comparison to Tata Sky.1. Picture quality in the HD box also is not good.I kind of found it fractionally hazy. My Tata sky picture quality is better2. Channel selection is far far far more flexible in Tata sky than Videocon. You can mix and match anything with anything in tata sky, but in videocon they are very rigid3. UI of videocon STB is pathetic4. Customer service of videocon is pathetic. Tata sky is also not very good but atleast comparative better5. Very disappointing part is the HD packs in Videocon. In tatasky if you pay 175 HD access fee you get all HD channels of the corresponding SD channels of your base back+addon packs+al carte.....but in Videocon you dont get it. Even after paying 150 you only get some selected HD channels what Videocon chooses for you. You will NOT auto get all the HD channels of the corresponding SD channels of your base back+addon packs+al carte

Delivery fast but technician not good. They sending sales a man who will put unnecessary connectors with additional charges. When I asked him to take the products and no installation needed, then the technician did the connection without connectors and free of extra charges. Ideally they should give all parts free whatever needed during installation. The technician will try to sell connectors rs50 each where as 12 piece of connectors costs rs250
