Good, but must be plugged in to use
I will start with the fact that I really do like the device. I’ve used a device from the same company for about 10 years, this one stated that it also helped with swelling, and that was something I was finding I was in need of. I was able to use batteries and be mobile while I used the previous model. Batteries in the new model do not last for more than maybe 8 hours. Therefore the AC adapter must be utilized. The adapter is included, but it is not very well made. It suddenly stopped working, and I could not figure out why. I unplugged it from the wall, and one of the prongs stayed in the wall plug and the other is still in the adapter. I tried to reach the company that sold it to me, but it states that my order can not be found, even though I have the receipt in front of me. The unit helped with the swelling and pain caused by my autoimmune disorder, and therefore I used it quite often. The number of batteries I would have to buy to use it as much as I would like would cost a great deal. I am trying to find an AC adapter, but in the long run, I would really like to be able to be mobile while using it. While writing this I realized I guess I could get rechargeable batteries, but that is one more charge on top of the price of the unit.

Over priced
Doctor over charged my insurance for one of these, lasted a couple years now won't do into sweep mode. For the price I'd rather order a $30 machine yearly with new pads and wires. Biostim can keep their over priced, weak machines I'd rather hot wire my knee onto my car battery than purchase one of these weak over priced let me down when I need it piece of plastic. I am so gentle with it to, I stay sitting and don't move only use it 3 times a week for 15 min and it let me down. Shame.

Great for temporary relief
This product works great. I have a sciatica issue. Wish it had better visual instructions for placement (had to google for a photo). And wish it had at least 1 extra set of pads.
