It was helpful to get my brain into proper occasion mode. Some of the suggested words & phrases are not necessarily what I would use, but some are. It was a help. I would look for other writers for this kind of thing as well as more of this author's writings.I would recommend this.

I make my own greeting cards and sometimes I find myself at a lose for words. This book has come in handy several times. I am happy I made the purchase.

I generally want to say something but don't. It's just not my ...style.When I do speak I don't want to sound like a Hallmark card - thatnever comes across as genuine. This little book solves all theseissues. Take the time to get it and put it in your bathroom (wink).Read one a day --- and in a year you'll know whats in there andthen, when needed - where go for that perfect thing to say, whenyou'd like to say something, but generally don't. :)

Should have read all of the negative reviews. Mostly really awful, trite and sometimes vulgar greeting card type phrases. I was Looking for something truly thoughtful, polished and appropriate for business, acquaintances, community leaders, friends. This book goes in the trash.

I enjoy making cards or purchasing one of a kind cards from other card makers but it means I have to find something to say. This book helps with the problem. There are a nice variety of sayings to choose from, the book is organized into sections so it’s easy to find what I’m looking for & the authors of quotes are identified.

I like this little book great ideas on what to write when you have a friend of anyone in need of a note or love letter !

It's already come in handy! For those who think that you have to have the absolutely perfect sentiment written, and when uninspired never get it written, this book is ideal. If nothing else, I can get an idea of how to start and then run with it. I'd recommend getting and using this. Again, not necessarily to copy every word, but to get great ideas of how to get started or add to what has been shown. I'm liking it.

Such a great book to have on hand! Easy peasy to grab and make an impact! I'm going to keep this book close.
