Mostly everything about these was good, ordered them in July 2019 and they’ve just started to break down in August of 2021 so they’ve lasted a while. My biggest complaint is that they’re annoying to clean because of the bottle cap and having to scrape under the seal to actually get them clean (and because the lids are small you’d generally have to bend a straw cleaner to be able to clean). I also think one of the caps ended up in the dishwasher because one of the rubber seals is shriveled and cracked and no longer works. You need to have a straw cleaner to be able to clean the cap enough so just remember that. It’s really nice to have all of these water bottles at once because you’ll get tired of cleaning them every time. I have a pretty neutral opinion about these bottles just because the caps have gotten on my bad side over time, but I have yet to have any glass chip and love that you can hold them with one finger while in their sleeves. I think the idea and look of them is great, I just hope the lids are redesigned at some point for easier cleaning.I may have too high of expectations for water bottles because I’ve always thought water bottles should be a grab and go type thing? Idk, they’re fine and will last you for a while so it’s not a waste of money on your part! I’m glad I bought them in the past but probably wouldn’t buy them again and would go with something a little easier to work with.

I bought these and customized them with co-workers names for our company party and they were a hit! The sleeves and caps both have (nylon?) handles and I love that feature. The bottles are somewhat small, so it can't hold an entire day's worth of drinks individually, but for a short outing it's so convenient.The only thing I'd like improved is the seal in the cap. It can get stinky so you'd need to wash it often, or let it air out every so often.I was offered a free brush for the bottles if I contacted the company, if I remember correctly. They shipped it free of charge also!I was definitely impressed with the quality of the bottles and the great customer service, which is so hard to come by these days. I highly recommend these!

Well, I'm a little disappointed. Or a lot disappointed. Yes, I suppose I should say I'm very disappointed. Why, you wonder? Heehee... Are you there? Let me tell you!!!!Sometimes I think a lot of these Amazon reviews are baloney. So, I'm taking time out of my way-too-busy life to write a review when I get completely snowed by reviews like those I read here but maybe my little review will just be buried in the white noise, who knows, not to be too ridiculously negative about this whole thing 😜. But someone might see it.So firstly, HEAVY. These bottles are too durn heavy. Yes, heavy glass means less breakable, but come on. I put one of these bottles in my bag and it more than doubles the weight when it's *empty.* Full of water, it's not much heavier. The weight of the bottle alone is just too much. We no longer take them out of the house because no one in the family wants to carry them around anymore. For perspective, after two months, I replaced then with different sturdy glass bottles that each of us carries two or three of around without complaint. I think they're from the "Milk Company" or something.Secondly, UNRELIABLE. One of my children's bottles burst open on a cold day, ruining several items in his backpack. I don't know if it was the cold, the way he was handling his backpack, a faulty lid, a faulty bottle, or something else, but the lid won't screw on any more, reducing our bottle supply from six to five less than five weeks after we got the six pack of bottles - but just outside the return period.And lastly, LIARS. i'm almost completely positive these bottles hold less than 16 ounces while they are advertised as 18 ounce bottles. When I pour my drinks from 16 ounce plastic bottles into them, the drinks don't completely fit. Liars!!!!! Liars!!!!! Liars!!!!!So, these bottles look fancy at first. But what a disappointing purchase.

The bottles were great and super handy. Buying so many allows me to pack a variety of juices to take to work.The cases are pretty good as they protect your hands and bags from the moisture that you would have with a container of cold liquid .DO NOT leave the bottle in the freezer for an extended period as it will break and be careful with it because it will not survive a fall .If you are looking for a product to replace pastic bottles that become white due to chlorine and other chemicals look no further!I removed a star because the cap contains a stainless steel component on the inside of the cap on all the bottles. They were all scratched and they have some black residue. The residue comes off easy with dish washing liquid but the scratches remain.I assume this is a fault in manufacturing and I hope Zuzoro can fix this problem .Overall the amount of bottles you get for the price is a bargain. I will have to buy more because my family took some and I broke some.The product would have been better off if the colours we're mixed also. I got only silver cap bottles when other colours are available at least give us the option of selection.
