The media could not be loaded. I bought this tank thinking it was a great way to use my Amazon credit card points. I hoped it would be amusing to play with. Boy was I surprised! First the tank came packaged very nicely to keep it safe and it came fast and right on time. The initial opening of the box made me realize this was not a toy but a display piece, a conversation starter, and a really awesome toy for a 58 year old kid.After getting everything assembled the fun began. I took my time and used my brain to figure out what the Chinese translation meant with regards to the remote control. Anyone saying the translation is incorrect or wrong just can't think outside the box. Soon I was driving straight as an arrow and running around the house with ease. This tank is no toy but really a scale representation of the real tank.I assumed the airsoft would be weak and not really a part of the fun. I WAS WRONG. It shoots over 40 feet and is very accurate when within 20 feet. My wife is very upset with all the yellow 6MM BBs rolling around the house. We have 2 dogs. Mine is a Yorkie and my Wife's dog is a boxer. The Yorkie is ok with the tank and dismisses it because it is an ally but the boxer is not pleased with the appearance of this tank. So far the tank has engaged the boxer tearing up the garbage can and on another occasion digging holes in the yard. Needless to say when the "Bulldog" shows up all mischief is OVER!I was missing some decals when the tank arrived and notified the seller , Delta-LT storefront Lin Tao . I could have gotten some at the local hobby store but much to my surprise I was told the stickers/decals would be on the way express. The seller was extremely concerned with my buying experience and that was a wonderful and unusual thing to see. I will be applying the decals and then weathering the tank. I would imagine it will sit in the livingroom waiting for an unsuspecting guest to ask "hey what's that". I look forward to that.The upgrades on this tank, metal tracks and gears, to me seem well worth the investment. It will take me some time to "weather" them but hey isn't that what the modelling hobby is all about?This tank is worth every penny and the seller is an example of what all sellers should be. This is a well made replica of the wWalker Bulldog. I t requires maintenance just like the real deal. Be sure to order this tank with the metal upgrade for gearboxes, track and sprockets, it is well worth the money. The tank performs just like a real tank and is quite easy to learn and a lot of fun. The only thing that is not truly accurate are the periscopes around the driver's hatch. They will need to be cut down so that you can open the hatch for the on-off switch. Just look up photos of the actual tank and all becomes apparent. tighten screws regularly and keep the trash out of the tracks and make sure to keep the drive gears lubricated and this little tank can last a mighty long time. Im sure many would complain about somewhat low quality fit of the accessories attachments, however I found they were as expected considering the cost. The tank is fun yo drive, shoots at with good velocity, and seems fairly sturdy overall. The metal tracks are a great upgrade.One thing that I was disappointed in was the sound effects speaker failed within the first few hours. When I disassembled the unit I found that it had what appeared to be a fairly high watt mini sub but it unfortunately had a defect in the voice coil. Rather than deal with obtaining a replacement speaker I installed a sound bar from an old laptop. Back my son is back at terrorizing the yard lol

The media could not be loaded. Been an rc enthusiast for over a decade now. Always had cars/trucks/drones always into more speed bigger jumps. but this is my first tank. Really getting into scale rc stuff now. been looking at the different brands hard for awhile now and finally took the plung on this henglong m4a1 wanted something with metal tracks and drivetrain. and I gotta say i was surprised how much i liked this thing.!! I'm a 37 year old father of three. And It's impossible not to giggle like a little kid while playing with this tank. Haha it Controls well has nice scale details. Set it on a shelf and have a great display piece. or roam around the house causing mayham....giggling away. Hehehe Choice is yours.! highly recommended.!!. When I can get the money saved up. I will be looking to get another henglong tank. but a different style tank so my son and I can battle and test out the ir sensor system. Will update my review with the results afterwards.

The media could not be loaded. It is at scale and good price for hobbygrade.Quality control could be better. Stickers where damaged and useless, accessories like shovel, pick etc where not painted as they where on my friends and it is very disappointing due to now having to spend more to replace them with painted ones or buying paint to paint them, the control knob’s on the remote control are useless, since they will not stay on, will have to glue them and hopefully will hold. Other than those issues it works great and is a well made tank. Everything worked as it should.

I was very impressed with this RC tank. It comes mostly assembled with a very detailed instruction manual. The manual is complete with a part book to order any part that break down.

Just got the tank today and all I have to say is WOW!!! All the upgrades were installed as described which makes this a heavy and durable tank. I continue to be impressed with Heng Long's attention to detail (this is my third). You do have to assemble some of the small pieces to complete the scale appearance (although the tank is ready to run right out of the box), but to me it's half the fun. As it was explained to me that this is hobby grade and not toy grade, so it might not be a good idea to give it to your six year old. Beware: this shoots plastic bbs at a good velocity and you'll be picking up these little yellow things for a long time because it's so damn fun to shoot. I am just an old kid that will be enjoying this for quit some time. I don't normally take time to write in these reviews, but I am so impressed with this, I had to tell the world.
