EvenfloBackseat Baby Mirror for Rear-Facing Child (Grey Melange)

I love these things. I had originally tried mirrors that had ball pivots on them, but I became concerned that they could detach and become projectiles in a crash. I also didn't like how much space they took up and their propensity to get in the way/knocked out of position when putting the carseat in and out...and dealing with the child. So I tried these which attach securely and are "low profile". It is true that that there is not much ability to adjust these since they lay flat against the headrest. However, with a little patience it works just fine. The mirror is curved, too, so while I was afraid that I wouldn't get a good view (especially since the cloth border seems to take up a lot of the mirror's surface) it actually works really well and I'm completely happy with it.

Good for not so far away seating

This was one of the few items I didn’t put on my registry. When baby was 2 months, I realized I needed it. Excellent value for the money, 2 minute install. Did it myself without husband’s help. Love watching baby while I drive! Much cheaper than other brands but does the same thing!

Easy to install. I love that I'm able to look at my baby while I'm driving incase I want to get a glimpse of what he's doing.

Love the fact that the mirror is lightweight, covered with fabric (instead of hard plastic) and does not have the 360 knob on the back like some (something to break in an accident).What I do not like is how much that fabric takes up; there is just SO MUCH fabric border that the actual mirror left is smaller than 9"x5.5"! Very hard to see with such a small amount of mirror and totally unnecessary way of design.Would not recommend simply because the viewing area is so so tiny.

A great way to check on baby while you are driving.

Take a look at your seats. If you have headrests that are not adjustable keep looking. I got two of these and returned one because one car didn’t have adjustable seats. I had this in my other car but recently replaced it with a camera. It’s not easy to adjust and if you loosen the straps so it points down more it moves during a drive. Spend a little more to get the camera or look at other brands that are actually adjustable.

We were so disappointed with the quality of this product. The clasps don’t work or fit properly one doesn’t close because it seems the pieces to fit into other another the second one is weak and can be pulled apart without pressing the sides. We are returning it for a different brand.

Une fois installé, je de la misère à voir mon bébé à l’arrière. Il n’est pas assez large. Le recouvrement de tissus diminue la visibilité. Je ne le recommande pas.

Works good in my wife's car. Installation was quick and easy

Me agrada que es de buen tamaño y no se distorsiona el reflejo, sin embargo se batalla un poco para ajustar dental forma que el bebé se pueda ver completo, tenemos otro en mi camioneta que si se ve completo

Me gustó porque si es grande el espejo, del tamaño de la cabecera y mientras voy manejando y reviso a mi bebé por el retrovisor lo puedo alcanzar a ver sin problema.
