LEUCHTTURM1917 Self Adhesive Pen Loop Elastic Pen Holder (Red)

Note that I'm solely writing this review on my experience with using this with an Apple Pencil and nothing else.Apple, being Apple, left out any good way to store their beautiful Apple Pencil, placing such a burden on their customers to keep track of it. I mean, how many times have you lost your pen? So, one could understand how excited I was to find such an easy solution like this!I have a Zagg Slim Book iPad Pro keyboard case, which I totally recommend as it really is such a beautiful keyboard, and the setup with this pen loop was super easy. I decided to put it onto the keyboard portion of the case, on the right bottom side. All you have to do is peel the sticker back and place it on. The sticky surface is firm and square, so I was worried that because the case rounds out on the sides, this would be an issue, but it totally sticks firmly even though 1/10th of it is not necessary stuck flat on the case. Because of the added lift from the bottom of this case, the pencil is suspended nicely in the air, free from any harm.The loop itself is of nice quality. It firmly holds the Apple Pencil, but at the same time, it can be inserted and removed with just one hand. The only negative with it is that there definitely is glue residue that initially gets on whatever you insert inside the loop. It got everywhere on the pencil, and I had to clean it off which wasn't the quickest process, but easy enough. However, after this happened one time, it cleared out all of the residue and I don't have this issue anymore.And that's all folks. Like it says in the title, this sucker is literally perfect for the Apple Pencil, and I completely recommend this purchase.

I attached this pen holder to my journal. The color matched beautifully. It’s great to have my pen connected to my journal. The pen holder has stayed tightly attached and , in spite of using it several times a day, it has not stretched out.

I got some generic black pen loops, and while they also work fine (let's face it, it's hard to screw up some elastic attached to a sticker.), the fact that the color matches the Leuchtturm notebook makes it look much better. If you buy one of their notebooks, you aren't interested in getting the cheapest option.The only downside might be if you prefer thicker pens. It can stretch to fit some of my markers, but it takes some effort to get it in there. An XL version is available, but it's not offered in every color.

Bought a Surface Pro 2, and I love it for its versatility, but the magnetic pen holster is just not good enough for a mobile warrior. It can be knocked off easily in a bag and more importantly will block off the charging port when you need to juice it up. I bought the Leuchttrum Pen Loop to solve this problem and it is perfect.Here's my pen solution, with pictures! After putting the pen in its magnetic port I carefully stuck the little stick-on pen loop right where the pens little hook would normally rest. This way I can get double the security and use the loop and the magnet at the same time when on the go. No loose Surface pens in my bag! This loop has a nice little 2 position "click" action not unlike the Surface kickstand, so you can snap it back for charging. Its also great in its little antenna position when you need it out of the way but easy to get to :)The only downside is that, like other reviews have mentioned, it starts out pretty tight and leaves a little bit of a residue from the adhesive on the pen, but that goes away pretty quickly(I'd say like a couple weeks). The benefits are pretty obvious, and I'd say that this is essential for anyone with a Surface. I would also highly recommend putting the loop where I put it, as it does not intrude with the original design, protects the micro SD card slot, and provides double the security. Save yourself a lost Surface Pen, or just the bother of having it get knocked off/blocking the power port, and buy this now!

The pen loop adhesive works really well, and stays in place with significant pressure when I reinsert a pen. My only issue with it is I wish the loop itself was a little bigger, since it's a fairly tight fit for most of my fountain pens.

I needed a new loop holder for my notebook. This has to be the best ever. If you need a pen holder for your tablet or your notebook/journal, this is the one to get! Well made, super adhesive.

These are great for that special notebook that was not built with a pen holder. Comes in attractive colors, just make sure you know where you want to attach it forever: the glue is very strong. Expandable material allows for thin or larger pens to hold firmly.

I bought two Leuchtturm Pen Loops for my notebooks in the past and appreciated them. But I wanted to spend less money this time around and bought cheaper knock offs that gave me 10 pen loops for the price of one Leuchtturm pen loop. WHAT A MISTAKE! The quality was so poor, I immediately ordered another Leuchtturm and will never go back to cheap knock offs.These wonderful pen loops have quality, strong stitching, elastic that will not fray and keeps it spring over more than a year of using the notebook it goes in. The sticker has nice heft and it never came loose or peeled at the corners. The color choices make me very happy and I usually get one that complements, but doesn't match, my notebooks. 3 different colors so far.I will never again try to cheap out. The Leuchtturm is reasonably priced for such great quality.

I bought one of these pen holders about a decade ago for the inside of my Bible to hold a pencil. It has stayed in place all those years and still looks as good as it did when I bought it, but I needed more. I am as equally delighted with my new purchases as I was with the original and would certainly recommend them.
