Great price for a great bike!
As a former spinning instructor who's been out of the game awhile I was looking for a bike that was affordable and well built. This bike has proven to be a wonderful and worth while purchase, I to anyone looking for a sturdy piece of equipment. It arrived in decent time and although the box was battered the bike suffered no damages itself.

Cannot fully recommend.
I am a little disappointed that the bike's chain rattles a bit. I think it's not tight enough. I called them to tell them and they said that if it gets worse to take it to a local bike shop. Well, at least it does work and it isn't too heave, if I need to take it to get repaired. For these reasons I can't fully recommend.

Just wish it came with clips for spin shoes on the pedals.

This bike is not well built.
This Spinner "Sport" model is cheaply made, it gives the "Spinner" brand a bad name.As soon as I began to unbox it I noticed how the knobs feel like really cheap plastic and are very small, I can barely get a grip to tighten them and I have normal size hands, the tubbing is very very thin compared to a model I replaced this with that cost $100 less than this one, the pedals feel like they will fall apart after a few months of use, the handle bar is also very thin and causes your hands to hurt if you were to ride this model off of the seat, please if possible enlarge the pictured you may see what I mean, I wished I would have looked a bit closer at this and paid more attention to the realistic reviews about this bike, this bike is very light which is not a good thing for a stationary bike, the cross bars at the bottom are only 18 inches across, the bike I replaced with this sub-standard model was 23 inches across with much thicker tubbing which makes the bike sturdy and much safer, even the mobil wheels on this model are much smaller than my more economical model, this bike is flimsy and unsafe, the seat is also very cheaply made.I was replacing my bike that I have for my young teen boys to use when bad weather keeps them from going outside and the last stationary bike lasted almost 4 years of steady hard riding, this bike looks like it wasn't going to make it through the summer.I would highly recommend you shop around and though some reviews are very helpful not all are, I purchased this bike for $399 which is a great sales tactic of lowering a single dollar and not say $400, there are much better and more solidly built bikes for much less money, a light stationary bike is not a good thing for a stationary exercise bike, it should be solid and there are stationary bikes at great low prices that are well built here at Amazon that cost less than this one, I speak from experience.I have many years of experience with both road bikes and stationary exercise bikes, I specialized in 100 mile day races and 10 mile time trials for a number of years so I have some very practical experience to speak/write from, I don't and didn't expect this bike to have the quality of my Bodycraft SPX which is expensive and worth every penny but I at least expected this bike to be as sturdy and solid as the bike I was replacing which was a ProForm 290 SPX as an economical extra bike when my young teen very athletic boys want to ride the indoor bikes at the same time during bad weather days, one of them has already fallen off of this one (Spinner Sport) due to the lightness and thinness of the tubbing and the very short cross stabilizing bars (which I have noted above) since then I have put this bike away and will replace it with a another that will cost me at least $100 less than this one and built much safer and sturdier, I would not even give this bike to anyone due to how potentially unsafe it can be.I would question any "professional" or former professional instructors giving this bike a strong positive review, you can see how cheaply it's made as soon as you lay eyes on a real one, the pictures are very deceptive and it looks like a normal exercise bike but it isn't.I write this in the hopes that at least someone else does not have to experience the disappointment as I have, $399 is not necessarily cheap, maybe some may have it to throw away but I certainly don't. There are much better deals for even less, keep shopping around but I would certainly avoid this one.
