BIC Ouassou Kayak

Very disappointed in this purchase. The manufacturer BIC describes this board as having optional rear fins in models 2013 and later. I bought in 7/2014 EXPECTING a new model. When it arrived, sure as heck it is an old model that does not accept rear fins. My guess is the manufacturer sent AMAZON their older models. They should be clear to the buyer that you are buying an old model missing new options. This is getting returned.Updated 2014-08-08After contacting BIC supplier in USA about this problem, they called me back directly and worked out my problem. We are exchanging the Kayak for the newer model. BIC even let me use this Kayak on my vacation and then we are going to exchange now that I am back. Great company! Very customer focused!As far as the Kayak, we used to both at the beaches in Palm Coast and at the lake in Georgia. The kayak is very stable and easy to get on and stay on. My kids loved climbing all over it. At times I had had my 6 year old on the front, me in the middle, and my 10 year old on the back. The Kayak even paddles and tracks very well for a short kayak. It is very easy to handle both in and out of the water because of it's short size. it still amazes me how stable it is given it's size.We also has a blast in the lake using this as a "Knee Board" of sorts. I call it SkiYaking.
