For very light usage
I took this to do strengthening exercises for ligament repair, but found it too light, may be for very light usage. When I showed this to Doctor, he suggested to rather use a towel so that i can apply more force. Honestly a waste for me.

However, please contact the seller when you buy to know the level of resistance or to order for a specific one. I strongly recommend for those who have muscle weakness and want to do daily physiotherapy.

It is certainly for light workout. It's a bit light. Would have been better if it were a bit more tight.

I got this over a week ago, it simply awesome and easy to use. it's perfect for your yoga and exersice it helpfull even in backbends,splits and forceable exercises. i would give total 5stars so, if u want to buy u should go for it.🙌
