The Illustrated A Brief History of Time

100% recommended for a curious mind who want to know about universe in a chronological way and about different physicist and scientist who have contributed in it.i am 14 yr old and this is the first book which I am reading on my own but hats off to prof. Stefen hawking. I will recommend to read this over normal brief history of time as content is same but this is more attractive to read and have more illustrations. Cover is not the same as in the photo but I don't care about that otherwise best debutant book for a curious mind about universe ...After reading the whole book i am reviewing....

It look so good. Worth every rupee spent. And as always the content is interesting to read for kids. The quality of the paper and the font is really good

Thought it was an amazing book, beautifully presented and illustrated. My wife bought it for me and our son as we are very interested in space and we are delighted with it.

Excellent book, I found it fascinating and the illustrations clarifying his work I found insightful and really helpful.

I've had this book for a while now.it's probably, and indead almost hopefully out of date. by which i mean i hope new discoveries by either hawking or his eminent fellows of made this book defunct.Because otherwise this is the fundemental guide to our universe (Or at least our conception of it), say what you will about hawking, his book provides perhaps the most basic, digestible view of our universe ever published. no maths, no graphs just the concept based on what people who've spent a life time of study know. it's a really great book.Most importantly, the 'illustrations' make the concepts the book explains utterly clear, which is what makes the books so perfect. There are no doubt books that define our observed universe in more detail or through more accurate details but with that comes a cost, a cost in basic understanding. 'A Breif History of time' might not thoroughly explain the 'how' of the universe in mechanical detail but it does paint the broadest fullest picture of concepts and ideas otherwise limited to the wonderfully clever scientific elite.good book this.

I already own this book so I love it. I bought this hardback version as a Christmas present and it arrived with the cover all DIRTY & TORN. Very disappointing!!!!. Book 5 stars. How I received it and the condition it arrived in, MINUS 5 stars!
