Guys it does its work as mentioned. Compact design yet very effective. Using since 4 days. pH testing kit is also provided which is good. pH range 9 to 10.Also query resolved quickly by company MD and provided additional information.Recommended for all

Defected Product - Leaked PH bottel
I got a defected product as soon as i opened the wrap over stick cap from one end was opened and all balls felt down. PH bottle was leaking in package.

Excellent product and helps me in reducing my acidity with few days only. Highly recommended as it help in balancing acidic by Alkaline water intake.

It works but only 1.0-1.5 increase max!
Wow! I am impressed si was skeptical but I am very happy I decided to purchase the product. It arrived today 8th Aug 2020.The water I used is as follows: Drinking water from 20L packaged drinking which is RO Processed/UV treated and Ozonised. Theoretically it should be too bad, right?Well, I was wrong. On the pictures the PH 5.5-6.0 yellow-slightly reddish water was de cantered straight from the 20L.I tested the BioCool stick in 500ml in a glass container.The first two pictures show how after two hours the PH changed considerably.The last photo was taken following the manual: 20 minutes (which is the recommendation by the company according to their manual).It reads: the longer you leave it, the more alkaline the water will become. That certainly became true.Update 9th August 2020: left the stick inside water 1L glass bottle, and PH didn’t really change. It seems that it goes 1.0-1.5 higher only. Depending on how acidic is your water it won’t really go any higher than that. Have tested other products with same water which did go to 9.5 PH with the same acidic water.I have reduced one star due to this.There’s some lovely bubbles coming out of the tube. Water flavour is enhanced for sure! It does taste more alive. I am used to alkaline water and very happy I found this product.I hope it truly lasts for a year. Will review in a few months for update.

Does calcium directly not affect kidneys?
Does it not add calcium directly? Which other minerals are added into it? I understand that calcium added directly in water causes stones in kidneys. Pl clarify.
