We like absolutely nothing about it since has never worked correctly from day one installation. The cycle stops before finished and leave 2” to 3” in the bottom that has to be cupped out. Fortunately we have a larger laundry room elsewhere in our home. If you do not replace this one is going to the dump which we will take pictures of and put on your Webb site.Please check just how much we have purchased fromAmazon in the past six month!

This was our first time buying an appliance from Amazon. From pricing, to scheduling the delivery, and communication everything was on point. Set up was easy. You do have to wire in your power cord and that was purchased separately along with hoses.

It is a value for the money. Large capacity, which is unexpected for a stackable washer-dryer. The lockable feature is a good safety item, but one must wait six minutes to open so the spinning stops. I'll get used to it.

Thé tub in the washer is very deep and large, which is a good thing but, the lid on the washer only opens so far because it has a dryer stacked on top. This makes it a little more difficult to reach the clothes at the bottom of the drum after they wash. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Nice and quiet! In laws are very happy with it. Easy to use as well!

This unit didn’t work. Tried to get it replaced and nothing happened. The said it was s/h by then. When I called they told me no it was s/h by manufacturer. This was a complete disaster and no one took responsibility for the $1,000+ I paid not PayPal, Amazon or seller.

This stacked washer and dryer came with no way to plug into an outlet and I must furnish first the expertise to read directions, parts to even make it run and an electrician!...I am very dissatisfied disappointed disgusted...
