It helps me fall asleep
Natural way to fall asleep. I use in conjunction with melatonin and l-tryptophan. It works for me.

Good product , good price.
Works well for me. I take one 30 - 60 minutes before bed as needed to help with anxiety. I add one Natures Way Valerian when ever I need extra help sleeping. They work well together.

Does help relax and also calms stomach a little
I’m not sure the Lemon Balm capsules do all that they should. Here is how they effected me after a few days.I can say that if I take them to help calm myself to fall asleep they work. Great when I combine with melatonin too.Please note that I think to start it’s important to start off with one capsule and the recommended water for the first day or so.I took the recommended two capsules the very first day and I didn’t feel the best, kind of nauseous. So I dropped down to just the one capsule, with drinking preferably water or your favorite juice or soda. (Not alcohol) This is when I really could tell the difference. Now the product wasn’t upsetting my stomach, and it did make me feel nice and drowsy.So, if you try this product and don’t like the way you feel right off-try the lower dose and work your way up. Once you do that for a few days you will probably like the product.

Improved Hyperactivity, Concentration Problems, & Impulsiveness

Do not take
Side effects are generally mild and may include increased appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, and wheezing. Not enough is known about the safety of lemon balm when used long-term. When applied to the skin: Lemon balm is POSSIBLY SAFE for adults in medicinal amounts. It may cause skin irritation.
