Breaks Fast for Unknown Reasons
I bought one at Walmart a couple of years ago. I put it in my truck's center console, maybe used it once. The next year I pull it out to use and it just will not work. I changed the batteries and it didn't make any difference. I contacted the company to see if I could purchase a new light bulb as that was the only possible issue and they ended up sending me a whole new flashlight. I thanked them as I only expected a light bulb. The flashlight worked fine. I put it in the truck's center console and a couple of months later took it out to try to look under the seats and it won't work. I changed the batteries but no joy. I know the batteries are in properly as the light at the red end works fine. I thought about contacting the company again, but to what end? I can't speak as to the rest of their products, but if this one best selling flashlight stops working for no reason within a couple of months of putting it in your vehicle, I would not trust my safety to any product Life Gear has to offer.
