Bauer Lil Champ Skates

Perfect for first pair of ice skates for my little guy. Easy to wear and easy to put on/off. Kept my son's ankles straight and were easy to skate in.

We bought a size 12-13 which ran very true to size, as he wore a 12.5. Our son learned to skate in these over this past summer. He recently switched to a CCM size 1 with laces and we think the addition of the laces made a major difference because he is much faster and more comfortable on the ice, but that could be because of more experience on the ice too. Bottom line is that these were a great pair to use to learn to skate and I am considering the 10-11 for my son who is two years younger.The biggest advantage of not having laces is that the boot can be slipped on and off in seconds. The liner also comes out, which helps get the skate on quick. Like any other skates, these do not come sharpened, so there will be an fee at the local proshop to sharpen these, but its really a good first skate. Our son is now starting hockey and not at all concerned with inabilities on the ice.

We bought a pair of pink skates for our granddaughter and blue ones for our grandson and we are very pleased with them. They are sturdy, provide a lot of ankle support, yet are easy to get off and on. We are extremely pleased with these skates.

I bought it for my 5-yr-old son. It was quick to receive it. However, when my son tried it on, he complained that his feet hurt when trying to move. I checked the inner liner and found it was not as good as what it is described. The plastic outside is very hard and the inner liner is not thick enough to keep his feet comfortable. That's why he feet hurt when moving. I double about how this plastic cover with the inner liner can keep him warm too. We are disappointed because the reviews of this product are overall great. We were excited to order it but then decided to return it.To return this product we need to pay about $12 because the seller sent us the return envelop that required the shipping fee from us. Therefore, if you are going to order this one, think twice to see if you may have a chance to return it. It is not worthy to pay the shipping to return it.

I loved them but my daughter never let her boys wear them the rink gave out skates free I paid $75 just for shipping these were only 20 bucks NEVER order from this palce again
