Works great! Allows the caregiver ability to accomplish things while still responding quickly. I do wish that the volume was adjustable.

We really like this call system. We’ve had different ones before and the call buttons shatter when they hit the floor. not this one. Reliable and durable we soak it in sanitizer multiple times a day and it keeps on going. The only complaint I’ve ever heard is that the watch is really bulky. Most of our patients think we have some sort of a smart watch but it’s just a chunky call.

Watch arrived dead, even after several full charges. Piece of crap

When you finally get the product working, it's ideal for a caregiver who needs to be in another room or out in the yard while the patient remains inside. Mine broadcasts a clear signal to the border of my extensive property.However, connecting the lanyard to the call button was extraordinarily difficult because the booklet didn't have any pictures showing how to remove the back of the button. When a friend finally connected the two, I took everything into the hospital to show my husband. When I got there, it didn't work! The booklet never warns of the importance of keeping the button away from wireless devices; I'd carried my tablet, the CalltoU pieces and my phone in a carryall. Being in proximity for an hour completely drained the battery in the button. And the instruction booklet doesn't explain how to change the battery (which I could only buy over the internet). Amazon replaced the whole setup, but one of the new buttons didn't work. I determined that the battery in the brand new button was dead. Fortunately, by then I knew how to change the battery and had spare batteries.If you buy this excellent product, rely on the internet to find helpful instructions. I typed "User Manual for CalltoU" and found the kind of important information that the manual provided with the product does not have.After a month of using this, it didn't work today when my husband tried to signal me. I changed the battery; it's working better, but the range is greatly below what it was originally. I'm seeking other ways for my husband to reach out to me. Amazon's Alexa may be our salvation.

I purchased this watch-style receiver to supplement the CallToU Wireless Caregiver Pager Smart Call System already purchased. The original system included 2 button transmitters and 2 stationary receivers. This watch-style receiver easily paired with my original button transmitters, even though the instructions are not perfectly translated into English. The two button transmitters that accompanied this watch/pager were paired out of the box, and surprisingly, the date and time display on the watch was correct. The range of the system is better than expected: I am able to pick up the button transmission in all rooms and basement of my old two-story house with plaster walls. I am also able to venture to my neighbor's yard with good reception. Had I known of this watch-style pager originally, I would have opted for it rather than the stationary system.

This button saves the day! No wondering is my acupuncture patients need help. They are trained to press the button when they need me:) This is my second purchase bc my last ones ended up in my scrubs in the washer 🤦

Husband hard of hearing and I had a broken arm. This was a blessing. Even my dogs heard the alert and let him know I needed something.

Just received this yesteday. At first glance at the (tiny) instruction booklet, the instructions didn't make sense. A lot of broken English. If you take each instruction, step by step, it turns out to be an easy set up. This particular unit have pre-set words to choose from to assign each button. So far I have not seen any option to change the words. I was hoping to assign each button for a particular room. Available word options are: Order, Call, Pay, Cancel, Service, Water, Coffee, Juice, Positive, Negative, Medicine, SOS, Needle, Doctor, Sweep, Bill. I just set all 5 buttons to read out "call" since this is going to be used inside a smaller single level home. Will send an inquiry to seller to see if there is a way to change the words but for now, I think "call" will work for a smaller home.
