I filled this with supplies for the playground at school. I can keep it in my pocket and be ready at all times for little boo boos . Very good quality- well made.

This is my go to pouch for first aid. Just the most simple things. Band aids, alcohol pads. And small pouches of medicine. Keeps it slim and it takes up little space in my backpack.I plan to buy more.

I'm taking this to my state board manicure exam, and it's the perfect size to hold a bit of cotton, a pair of nitrile gloves, three band-aids, a plastic baggie, and a small bottle of antiseptic spray. I wanted something that was marked as first aid but wouldn't take up room in my kit, and this is perfect. The material is plastic and fairly cheap, but the pouch seems sturdy. The zipper is good quality, and it has a clip in case I want to take it somewhere.

This was purchased as an on the go (backpack/purse) basic kit. It is small and flat so you are limited as to what will fit, but the dimensions were described accurately.

I needed a small first aid kit bag to throw into a backpack, and this one fits the bill. I've stuffed it full of bandages, ointment, small gauze tape and gauze pads, alcohol prep pads, ibuprofen, and a few other small items. Though the bag does bulge a bit when full, I can still easily zipper the top closed. I love the bright red color... it's already saved me when searching through my backpack and trying to locate the first aid kit in a hurry because the color stands out so well. Awesome product!

Slim and small - perfect for an on-the-go (camping, travel) first aid kit.

Small case, that suits my needs ok. I didn't need yet another complete 1st aid kit, with a bunch of MacGyvers survival items in it, not that it wouldn't come in handy. Considering I have several kits in go bags. I thought of only picking up just the 1st aid case, for a daily carry sling bag that's on the light side. This particular case seemed to be a fitting match for me. It's size and slim profile is what attracted me to, it at just 4.5 X 6 1/4. It fits in my daily carry with no problem, there were a few loose threads throughout and a slight plastic scent when removed from the clear film that eventually went away. No big deal either way. The zipper isn't a YKK - not that I was expecting that for a 5 buck case. But it didn't get stuck when testing it out, so that's good. I pulled specific items from my 1st aid stash that will commonly be used and Wah La! I'm a happy camper, so overall seams are tight, zipper functions as intended, it's relative to my personal needs and it's slim profile that makes it a win win for me. Why only 4 stars, well longevity is always questionable and only time will tell, I paid the full price for this case, my review is based on my experience and my current needs, would I recommend this item? Yes, if it meets your expectations as it did mine. Could you go high end, yes but not at this price point. Let's be real, this case is super inexpensive and it does what it's supposed to do, keep your 1st aid items at hand . If anything changes in the future, I will provide an update.
