They glow, but lose any brightness they have very quickly. These seemed to work best right at that early dusk time when the white balls start to disappear. The soft glow will still stand out a bit more from the grass, however the regular neon colored balls are pretty equivalent. Once it actually gets dark, they disappear into the void just like any other ball. For late dusk and dark times, I highly recommend the LED balls. On the plus side, they do seem to hit just like a regular ball and seem to be of decent quality, they just don't quite have that true brightness needed.

** WARNING!! I've purchased 3 packs of these for a group of friends that play at night, and one of these packs the balls did not glow at all. I'm in the process of getting them replaced, as I did not have this issue for the first two purchases. I believe the company needs to do some quality control on their output, and make sure the manufacturing process has some kind of verification. We could easily tell these were white in color, instead of a slight green like the previous ones. ***For those looking to purchase for the first time, your best results will work if you charge it shortly before tee off. Charge time is VERY fast, and holding it longer does not make the glow last longer. You can fully charge a ball in 5 seconds by rotating it around on a UV flashlight of any power. I keep a small pocket UV light in my back pocket.When you reach your ball on the course, charge it again. They do hold a glow for up to 15 minutes, but it slowly fades, and the closer to that 15 minute mark the less glow there will be.These balls hit just like real golf balls, which is why we prefer them over LED light balls. They go pretty much the same distance as a real golf ball.These last just like real golf balls. I used the same ball for 5 rounds of a 9 hole course before i finally broke one.UPDATE: 7/27I have now purchased 6 packs, and the last two of them are 100% defective (do not charge or glow)What i found, is that they are very easy to tell when they are not going to glow. The balls tend to be solid white color, whereas the ones that can hold a charge are a light green color.I've attached a photo, as I keep returning these to amazon. Hopefully, the manufacturer gets the hint and starts getting some testing done on these before shipping.Lowering my review to 2 star until they fix the problem.

These came in a bag (no box). Nice ball and they hit very well. Luminous (glow in the dark) is better if you put them under a light (in this case a flashlight) to “charge.” They hold the luminosity well and are a very good value. I put these in the bottom of my bag in case I run low on balls, I see these and know it’s time to refill with my regular balls. Great for twilight golf or overly shaded courses. If they came boxes, they’d make a great gift.

The balls stay lit long enough to locate, but if you are used to hitting a soft ball you won't be happy. These are extremely hard.

These are really good with a UV Flashlight . Solid glow for about 10-15 minutes then fades to a soft glow that holds for a really long time. Only Issue, I noticed two of the balls had noticeable seams in the middle and the dimples aren't lined up. I'm afraid to hit them as they might split open on impact. The other 10 work great. Still bummed I payed for 2 I cant use.

They feel a little “flat” when you hit them...maybe lose 10-20 yds off of drive. Way better than led balls. Stays bright for 3-5 minutes.

Seemed great upon first look in the backyard at night, I thought they would work great to finish some winter rounds. I had issues seeing them as the sun set and had to wait until complete darkness before being able to see them at all. Still, they disappear into the night sky once you hit them and if you know generally where your shot went you can find them by walking around, but you need to be within 20 feet to find them. They hold their charge for about 5 minutes, so find them fast or you will start losing them. Great feel and simliar distance to 'premium' golf balls, just not bright enough.

My son loved these balls,We brought them as a birthday gift so didn't open them,gave to my son he unpacked them but we were disappointed that they were just in bubble wrap,better packaging would be great,

It's not as bright as other golf balls I've used.However it does the job and allows me to tee off in the dark and get away early in the winter months.The golf balls flight is very close to a standard golf ball.Would recommend this purchase and would buy again.

I have tried many brands of night balls and these have been the worst so far. They seem robust and don't break, however, the illumination is so bad that you can hardly see the ball in flight and by the time you reach your ball it isn't glowing which makes it difficult to find. Additionally, they are 10-20m shorter than normal balls, which is worse than I have experienced with other night ball brands. I won't be buying these again and cannot recommend them.

The bright glow does not last long enough, they do have a faint glow by the time you walk to your ball, but a uv torch and good knowledge of distances and direction were required to find the ball on most occasions and the ball needed charging with the uv light every shot. The light up balls were much easier to find.The distances were marginally better than the light up ball we used but still down 10% on normal distance (light up probably around 15%).The feel was hard, almost no difference in feel to the light up balls we used.
