I bought this as a graduation gift for my boyfriend. It was his first watch. The watch arrived in perfect condition. Our only problems were:1) the size. It was much too big, so we had to take it to a jeweler and pay for three links to be removed, however the adjustment was inexpensive and now it fits perfectly. My boyfriend has a sizable wrist, too, so as you can imagine the wristband was originally quite huge.2) the instructions. The instructions were poorly translated and not very clear so setting the watch was difficult and took some time. Though it was frustrating, we ended up being able to change all of the settings to what we needed.3) the dial window. The face of the watch is supposed to be mineral crystal and resist scratches, but already the window has a scratch in it. It's not huge and he is still using the watch daily, and it is still good-looking and fully functional.
