This is a great lifejacket and fits my 1 year old well BUT she was walking round in it at home to get used to wearing in and I tried to life her with the safety handle at the top (for fishing them out the water in an emergency) and it broke!Thank goodness it broke then and not in the water. Didn’t have time to return as we were off on holiday a couple of days after and ended up stitching it back together.

I knew I was buying it a little too big but the lower straps means it stays in place. Much better than arm floats as they're now free to get involved in the strokes. It took all of 3 minutes for her to adjust to the balance difference. It's been used a lot over the last few months and shows no deterioration. Very happy.

looks good but quality is average. I returned as I felt it was dangerous. The hook/strap on the back at the top (designed to pull the child to safety) is NO WHERE NEAR strong enough to pull the child out of the water. Yes I know it’s not a life jacket but feel the strap should at least be fit for purpose. You’ve been warned!

Purchased a medium size for a 3 yr old. Vest was a bit big, but you can pull the side straps to make it smaller. This means you can get a lot of wear from them

I bought this for my almost 3 year old for playing in the sea. It works really well to keep him more buoyant, especially when he falls in.The reason I bought this particular vest was the crotch strap for a better fit, and the handle for keeping hold of him and lifting him up when he falls. The crotch strap is great, but unfortunately the handle is not. The stitching came apart of the first use. I could have returned it, but having looked at other similar products decided I was unlikely to get anything better for the price so opted to reinforce the stitching myself.

Not sure if i like this vest , what i thought is i will get it on daughter and throw (obviously figurative) in water without worry about she'll drown . But this vest doesn't actually keep her above water , just slightly supports . Doubt i would buy it again

This buoyancy jacket is perfect for little ones. There is a grab handle behind the neck, great feature that is sturdy and strong. I love the straps that fit under the crotch to stop the aid from lifting in the water. It's a great design and fits comfortably and well. The front zip is good quality with snap buckles that then fasten across the front. My grandson is 3yrs old and is average size for his age. The jacket was a medium.

I bought a boys vest fits perfect and great quality, they sent arm bands as an added extra which was a nice touch
