Nielsen-Massey Pure Lemon Paste for Baking and Cooking, 4 Ounce Jar

This Lemon Paste is the best. It makes you don’t want to share the cake because it’s so delicious. I just used 1 teaspoon and it added so much flavor to my cake. I also put some in my potato pie and everyone wanted to know Vhat did I add different to my pie. I added some to my cake glaze.It smells so lemon and the taste is worth the price.

I like the taste and the consistency. Great for cooking and snacking!

This lemon paste I find to be best in cakes only, in order to get a really good lemon flavor in cheesecakes and cookies, you really have to supplement with, lemon zest and pure lemon flavoring, or use an aweful lot of the paste, which is not a good idea. However, I didn’t have any fresh lemons at the last minute for my cakes, but this saved the day, I will buy more. You must shake it up very well, to get the full thickness of the paste, otherwise you’ll get a thin layer of juice that sits on the top. Use 2.5 teasp for a richer lemon flavor in your cakes

I purchased the large size of this lemon paste and have used it regularly in my baked goods. It's so much easier than squeezing lemons and the flavor is just as good if not better than actual lemons. I have recommended the lemon paste to friends as well. Neilsen-Massey makes wonderful products.

I love anything lemon. I buy the vanilla bean paste, so I decided to try the Lemon paste. It adds a boost of lemon flavor that is not an artificial taste without adding so much liquid from the actual lemon juice to a batter.

I love lemon and add when I wa a little more in baking.

I love extract pastes, these bring out more flavor in cooked/baked goods, especially if the fruits are not quite ripe or are ripe but not much flavor.
