Works
I now own 3 power bricks for my MSI GS60 Ghost 2QD-607: the original (made by Delta), theĀ Optimum Orbis Ac Adapter for MSI ADP-150VB B , and this one. All of them work fine; I bought the additional ones for convenience, not to replace broken ones.It seems like you can't necessarily count on getting the exact same device as other people who have ordered from the same product page. Another reviewer said theirs had a 3-foot DC cord, but mine is well over 4 feet (about 56 inches, or 142cm). It also doesn't look much like the picture here.At 1+7/8" (48mm), this is the thickest of the three. Other dimensions are the same for all three.I'm a little worried about the output voltage on this one. The label seems to say that it can supply 7.9A at 19V, or 7.7A at 19.5V. The latter is what these MSI GS60 laptops expect. I know a bit about electronics (though it's not my professional specialty), and I don't really see how the adapter could know which voltage to supply - yes, the voltage would naturally decrease a bit when the computer was drawing more current, but in reality the computer probably draws a variable amount of current, and it probably wants pretty close to 19.5 volts no matter what.Furthermore, I measured the voltage (though not while it was attached to the computer, which would be a much more correct test, but I'm not really equipped for that). It was a bit on the low side compared with the other two adapters: 19.47V, as opposed to 19.87 to 19.95. Keep in mind, the voltage is almost certainly a bit lower when it's in use, so the Delta and the Optimum Orbis are presumably pretty close to 19.5V, and the iTEKIRO is probably a bit too low. That said, devices are designed to have some tolerance, and I've been using this adapter for months with no apparent problems. So it's PROBABLY fine. But given that the Optimum Orbis adapter is slightly cheaper, slightly thinner, and seems to have a more correct output voltage, I have to recommend it over this one. (The one disadvantage of the Optimum Orbis is that its DC cord is shorter, but based on other reviews, I'm not sure you can count on getting the same length as other people who have ordered the "same" product.)

Cord from Brick to Laptop is too short
Works as advertised, but cable from brick to laptop is very short (roughly 3 feet?). Given that the end comes out straight, it means that you have to be able to place the brick directly in front of you on the floor, or to your right. Given that my living room walkway is on the right, and my couch is a recliner, I can't place the brick in either locations.Cable from brick to outlet is a good length, but it's nearly unusable in my situation. I have an extra laptop (slightly older), and this was the unfortunate deal-breaker that made me choose to use this laptop as a server, and the other as my main laptop.

Worked great with MSI GS 60 (GTX 860m)
The item is exactly as described. I have been using it for 3 weeks since I RMA my Original ac adapter. It is just a little bit hotter than the original one from Delta but it's not a big deal. It is possible to say based in the review of the other products that this adapter runs way cooler than the other replacement options for this laptop.I played some games such as Crysis 3, Naruto Ultimate ninja storm 3, Mortal Kombat 9, Fifa 15, Batman Arkham origins and the adapter supplied enough energy. I didn't have any problems. The power cord is not as long as the original. But it is not extremely short either. It is just fine. The power brick is also bigger and heavier than the original one.Just for the record, my laptop is a MSI GS60 Ghost with GTX 860m. If you have the GTX 870m version I don't know if this ac adapter will be good enough to supply energy during game sections.

Defective Charger
Bought this for my MSI GS60, but from the first day, my battery indicator would only go up to around 80% using this charger and overtime it has gone down and down. 3 months later, now my battery says 0% and I also have a blinking orange light on the battery. Now I have to keep this charger plugged in at all times, or the laptop will shut off.

A bit bigger and cord a bit shorter, but it WORKS!
I purchased this as an extra adapter for my MSI GS-Series GS60 laptop. This adapter runs fairly hot, but it is about as expected for the amount of power coming through. It's chunkier than the original that came with the laptop. The top side of the brick has ridges (as opposed to smooth and flat rectangular side) but it doesn't really bother me. The cord is shorter than the original as well. But all in all, it works as advertised and the price is right.

Two Stars
The charger worked well for about 3 weeks, then stopped working all together with no warning.
