On the squash court you need a set of skills if you want to defeat your opponent; speed, agility and tactics come from within, but stability, grip and support give her shoes. The Up Court 3 is an indoor anti-sign shoe, designed for squash, badminton and other fast field sports. The EVA midsole improves bounce properties and reduces the chance of breaking the midsole, while the nc rubber sole with more natural rubber than the traditional solid one, offers better traction on all types of field. A combination of mesh reinforcement and synthetic material ensures greater stability of the shoe, which results in greater stability and protection of the foot while accelerating from side to side of the field. Lightweight; comfortable fit; flexible; EVA midsole; nc rubber; EVA lining; exceptional fit; combination of synthetic and mesh reinforcements.

Sizing, comfort, use
Use for badminton. Very good cushioning for heels and soles which have become more sensitive - can't think why - but it might be something to do with a) the badminton racket or b) my age.Trainers are usually on the small size in my experience but these need to be bought at your normal size - they are a generous fit and width. Tried the 'usual' size - I buy (10) - in trainers initially but these were very much too big and I needed to buy my normal shoe size (9).

Good Quality and Lightweight
Well, I'm now on my second pair of court shoes - for squash - in two months. I bought a pair of Yonex ones which, frankly, were a bit rubbish. For the first time in my life, I pulled a muscle and painfully too, right in the middle of my right calf. I can only put it down to shoes that just don't work.So I bought these, hoping for the perfect balance of comfort, support and enough padding to help my aging knees along. And, well, okay. Better than the Yonex ones for sure. Much more comfortable and at a size 8 UK, a perfect fit with me being slap bang in the middle of that size range. They are light on my feet and overall comfortable to wear.In terms of impact reduction? Well, being designed for courts where rapid changes of direction are needed, the truth is that you won't have too much absorbing material below your feet no matter what you buy. What I can say is that these are better than my old school Hi-Tech ones which are similar to the 80's style of my youth. But, for whatever reason, when playing, I'm better in my oldies. Less impact absorption but they allow slightly quicker changes of direction whilst preventing my ankles from turning. I suspect I'm just too old to change over to a more modern feeling shoe.Build quality is good - although I don't think they will last years. Style is subjective and I quite like these.Overall, a good quality, well designed and reasonably priced squash court trainer.

Asics is the best.
Fits and hold my foot well. But I had same type/brand before, so I knew what i'm buying.

Comfortable, light and, so far, are a great buy.
Very comfortable and so far, after only three outings on the squash court, they have a great floor grip and are very light in weight. A truie assessment can only really be given after a number of months of regular usage. Nevertheless, Recommended.

Good for squash.
Nice quality item, if a little large (maybe half size too big). Nice support offered (using for squash).

Comfy and tonnes of grip.
Excellent shoes good grip and very comfortable straight of out the box. Very bright in white and blue a bit garish but I think they'll benefit from a bit of scuffing and wear. Cannot complain for such a cheap shoe
