Perfect fit and function.
Works well fit my 00 Grand am With no problems have since put 20,000 miles on the car and still humming just fine. another fine product from Airtex and at a great price. ..one thing i will note during installation is the fuel lines going to the fuel filter from the car will be slightly different but the fuel pump has the correct connections and converts it to the newer style and fits well and seals you just have to push hard on the line until it passes the raised edge and maybe use some CHOICE words.

Works good, if not better.
I chose one day shipping, got it around 1pm the next day. Pump was an exact fit for my 01 chevy malibu. Comes with everything you need, new strainer, 2 different gaskets depending on your car, fuel lines. They recommend replacing your wiring harness with the pump, i didn't do this. It just seemed like a waste of money for 2 feet of wire. It connected perfectly and worked great on the first try. After installing i cycled the key a few times to prime the pump/system. Started right up. Has been on for about a month now and working just fine. Very quiet too, when the car is running i can't hear it unless i press my ear against the tank. Airtex is made in the USA wich i liked as well. I got a genuine airtex, some people say they don't though.

Perfect replacement part
I bought this directly from Amazon and received a quality Airtex pump, as advertised. The pump includes replacement fuel level sending unit, pressure sensor, and wiring harness. It would've been nice to be able to use the existing harness, but the switch was very simple and they included crimp connectors as well.So far, this pump is working perfectly in my 2003 Oldsmobile Alero. I'll edit this review if I have any problems. No news is good news.

The product worked fine and now it is making weird noise like it ...
Trying to find out about limited lifetime warranty is impossible. The product worked fine and now it is making weird noise like it is going out. I don't know who to contact or what to do? I am really upset!!!!!

Spot On!
#1 This is an exact duplicate of the original that was removed.#2 The original was not U.S. made, neither was this replacement. Both made in Mexico.#3 Airtex makes some of its pumps in the U.S. The others, like this one, it purchases from the O.E.M. supplier.#4 The dealer wanted $375, the local parts house $240, Amazon $95. They were all the same exact pump.#5 Car is running perfectly with NO change in noise level.#6 I shopped for a mechanic as well. Job is listed for 3 hours. He charged me $96.The dealer wanted 250.00, body shop 150. It pays to shop.7. Whole job $200.00!

Quality control let a bad one through...
I purchased and installed this exact Airtex E3507M Fuel pump for my father's 2004 Cavalier about 2 years ago. Plug and play, no wire harness modification needed, and no issues. So when my sisters fuel pump on her 2004 Pontiac Sunfire died, I ordered this right away. Things have changed in the 2 years since I ordered my first one. Now you have to take your original harness, and splice in Airtex's "Upgraded" harness. No big deal, I do splice junctions all the time. Placed the float on, reinstalled, and the car fired up after letting it prime twice. The tank was nearly empty, but the gauge showed full. Troubleshot and made sure all connections were correct, and fully crimped. No mistakes. Checked with multi-meter, and on the car, while steadily moving the float valve, the fuel gauge would show a change in level, but what should show as a full tank with the float arm showed as 1/4 tank. Rotate the float arm to empty, and fuel gauge shows 1/2 tank remaining. I should have looked closer at reviews and product details as well, because the photos show that it is still the original plug and play connector, but the 3D graphic in the details section shows the wider , one row, connector that Airtex moved to. But, they provide the harness adapter and even the contacts to crimp it in. But sadly, the fuel quantity was mis-calibrated , or completely broken, so I am returning it. I am giving two stars because the first pump for the Cavalier worked great and required no modifications, but I cannot recommend then now

Excellent quality replacement
I ordered this fuel pump to replace the faulty pump in my car. I am a dealer service technician, and I knew that the quality of aftermarket fuel pumps can vary widely. I also know that the picture in the product listing doesn't always match the actual item. I almost expected a universal kit style fuel pump, especially at this low of a price. But this was an identical pump to the original equipment. If I ordered a fuel pump straight from the parts department at work, it would look the same as this. No kits, no universal crap, just a straight drop in replacement. It even has the fuel tank pressure transducer already installed. A fuel pump from our parts department was five times the price of this unit. An aftermarket from the local parts stores was three times the price. I am extremely pleased with this product.
