I am not sure why companies that are making sleeves like this make the inner diameter so large. Isn't the point of these make you longer, and especially in this case, thicker? If I was large enough for this to fit snuggly would you really need this sleeve? Regardless, it is basically useless if you aren't big enough to have it fit snuggly on your. I think I am average based on what I understand to be average so I am not sure this product will work for most.When i put it on, it is too big and therefore slides around while one which makes using near impossible. If you suction it on to you as has been suggested, it is not shaped naturally anymore and isn't really all that comfortable and the suction can be broken easily then you are just sliding around in it.Also, I have tried many of these sleeves and this is definitely very thick, possibly too thick. Good News for Tom of Finland sleeve.The most important think I can say is that after repeated use, the wife likes this sleeve. There are other positives as well. I recommend it, but will note one down side. The internal diameter is not designed for an average man. If you are more or less normal, you will find this sleeve a bit loose.
