Keeps track and works as a doorbell
I bought this for my store and it’s been incredibly useful.The setup was fast and completely hassle-free.It accurately tracks customer traffic in both directions.The digital display is clear and easy to read.Being wireless and battery-operated makes it very convenient.It’s helped me better understand peak hours and improve staffing.

Easy and accurate
Had this going about 4 days now and it seems accurate. It was super simple to install, the directions were well written. I love that it counts by direction, I guess I didn't expect that. But it shows how many came in and left. Easily spanned a 10 foot entrance. I have needed one of these for a long time and wasn't sure what to get. This was a great choice!

Worked fine for 4 months
Product was fairly easy to setup. I worked fine for 4 months and now I can't get it to work after changing the batteries.

WORKS GREAT
Used in a county building to verify amount of visitors. So far so good, it counts in both directions shows the number for both directions. The only down side is the number display is small.

It’s very big and count wrong
I have been using it for more than 2 month.When I used it for first time near an anti-theft system, the count result was wrong.I tried installing it in different places, the count results was still not correct, but a bit more accurate.Also, it’s much bigger, than my old counter from another store.

Broke after one year. Replacement unit received.
Original Review: 2 StarsAs a nonprofit art center, we were excited to find a visitor counter solution for our gallery space that was affordable. It worked well at while it was functioning. It stopped working properly after only about a year. It was out of warranty and non-returnable/replaceable by then of course.REVIEW UPDATED 4/12/22: 4 stars. Replacement working well so far.The company contacted us and kindly offered a replacement unit even though it was out of warranty. We have just installed the replacement. So far so good. We will see if this one lasts longer this time.
