Unfortunately ToyWarehouse sent the item out in no protective packaging, as a result the sound functions did not work. I applied to return that item and ordered another in the interim in the hope it was a one off, but no, same problem again. I would avoid buying from ToyWarehouse - initially they offered me a 5% discount / refund and I keep the faulty product. Best worth avoiding them.
