This product is, what it is.Simple route to high calorie intake and high protein.Easy to mix, easy to drink. Add/subtract water/milk to get the preferred consistency, I drink with 300ml of almond milk and split the shake into 2 scoops pre workout, 2 scoops post.I don't take on non gym days and it gets me through the month.Also, there is no significant taste to it, to change this i add Turmeric (1 tbls), banana and pepper (helps absorption).

This is, by a long shot, THE best protein product for mass gainers on the market right now. The protein supplement industry is teeming with products that are full of fake ingrediants, from artificial sweeteners to E numbers and other crap you don't want in your body. I'm a hard gainer and this is the first prodcut i've ever tried that tastes amazing AND doesn't turn into thick sludge when you mix the recommeded serving size. It also doesn't taste like shit, like most other products on the market. The protein only has three organic ingrediants and I never felt bloated ever when taking the full four scoops in my shake. I literally gained 3KG of muscle in the space of a couple of weeks using this stuff. And I reached my goal of 75KG so quickly, I was shocked. The only problem with this product is that UK availability is extremely scarce. I'm having to order this from Vitamin Shoppe in the US to get my hands on it as I can't find it anywhere else.If you're a hard-gainer and actually want to grow big muscles, you NEED this product. For me personally the recommended intake it’s too large it’s about 2 pint glasses full in one sitting, on the plus side it does not bloat and does mix with everything

Received unflavoured, disappointing. Reviews say unflavoured taste better so tried it and it was rank and I’ve tried some disgusting shakes in the past and this was possibly the worst I’ve experienced. Added one scoop of a strawberry flavoured protein powder that’s vegan and this makes it drinkable now. It is safe to mix protein powders I checked hopefully this helps someone who is struggling with the flavour and gives you an idea of how to solve this without wasting it as it is very pricey
