It's hard to tell if this is doing what it's supposed to be, but I like that I'm taking it. NOW uses GMP, so what you think you are taking should be what you are taking.I wish there was a simple way to evaluate effects of non-vitamin supplements.

Using this supplement for bone health. Product arrived as promised and in good condition.

I currently have osteoporosis; haven't been tested since I've started this, but one thing is for sure: my back has stopped hurting, which is a welcome change! However, I did discover over time that for me, it does have an unfortunate side effect (diarrhea). I had to stop taking it; now I'm taking "Doctor's Best Strontium Bone Maker" (also available on Amazon), and it also is working well.
