I never give 1 star reviews but I’m so upset with what’s happened to my ears I felt the need to share.Some background: I stretched my ears to 0g back in 2013 and have had zero problems until I got these plugs.The first pair I put in, I realised after a few days, that they were different sizes (pictured) as one ear felt really tight. I don’t know if the manufacturer just mixed up sizes or is just really inaccurate. Either way, not good.So, I replaced these with another pair from this set. I found all of these plugs really difficult to insert/take out (despite using my usual tricks of hot shower & jojoba oil), more than any other plugs I’ve owned in this style.This second pair was difficult and painful to insert, and in the following days my earlobes have been swollen, red and itchy. This wasn’t going down despite regular saline baths and jojoba balm applications, so tonight I decided to remove them and give my ears a break.These plugs have cause both of my lobes to blow out, and I can feel loads of scar tissue and inflammation around the piercing (see pictures). Again, I want to reiterate that I’ve never had issues with these piercings since I first stretched them eight years ago, and I’m so upset by the damage these plugs have caused.Holding one of these plugs up to an old I have, I figured out that although the gauge is the same, the widest part of the taper is bigger than standard, so I reckon that’s what’s caused the blow-outs.Also, the stain on the wood is crap and the dye ran onto my skin but that’s the least of my worries now.In summary, not up to spec- DO NOT use these plugs if you care about your piercings.

I have been wearing these for the last 6 months, just taking them out to clean them occasionally.Perfect fit, great quality, comfortable! Even going to buy another set just in case I lost one :-)

As described, came no issues not broken very pleased I got these to stop stink ear from plastic and steel tunnels

These plugs and tunnels are perfect, the sizing on them is spot on and with them being wood they're so incredibly light weight it feels like not wearing anything (I got the 12mm). Will always buy my jewelry from KUBOOZ from now on.

The plugs were fine, tunnels not so much. 1st set of tunnels I worn for about a week and the collapsed while in my lobes. Haven't worn the 2nd set yet. Also the colour dye comes off very quickly and stain your lobes.

Great value for money. Nicely made and packaged. Happily use this company again. Like the variety of dark and light woods and styles.

They are “ok” Very lightweight so won’t know whether they are in your ears or fallen out and a little dubious the size is accurate.

I've had 14mm plugs for ten years now, this are the first i've had that bow and flex causing irration and damage to ear.
