started taking this product right after I received it, appetite and sugar cravings went down to zero . During the first week I would take it early in the morning on an empty stomach and I will no feel the need to eat or snack on sugary products. This is my second week and I am taking it after breakfast just because after I take it I do not get hungry until 8 to 10 hours later and I do not want to be on an empty stomach until I get home from work. This appears to be the perfect supplement for me. It is curbing my appetite without any negative side effects. It hasn't interfered with my sleep or made me feel jittery or hyper.I have been trying to loose weight. I know my problem is just that I eat too much. They don’t smell too bad. The pill is kinda on the large size. I believe it is working. In general I do not have bowel movement issues. I am trying different things at the same time all stated at different times, but I do attribute some positivity to this pill. So it is supposed to stop fat absorption, reduce appetite. I have been trying my best to make sure I take pill half hr before eating and drink with 8oz water, when I do I do get full and can’t finish what is on my plate. I do feel gas build up in my abdomen. I usually have a BM in the morning first thing when I get up and it is good and healthy (I attribute that to the probiotic & magnesium pill I take before bed. ) The BM I have after dinner is usually a good on too(since starting this pill), but depending on what I ate they are floaters. So to me that shows me this pill is working, by passing the fat and not absorbing. Also not by much but the scale is treading down as long as I don’t eat any desserts. I think it’s working and will order again in the future.

This product worked for me. I feel full after eating a normal sized meal. I have never had this happen in my life! Usually I only stop eating when the food is gone or I tell myself I have eaten enough. So this is amazing for me. When I read the instructions I thought maybe drinking the 8oz. of water would be what would make me feel full, but I have taken it without the water and it works the same. My wife has had problems with getting "hangry" between meals, but when she takes this medicine she doesn't get that way and she is even eating less at each meal. I have been taking this for about 50 days and on my second bottle. I don't write reviews but had to for this stuff. I am a 36 year old female and have always been just a smidge over weight, like 5-10 lbs. I am a runner and work out 4 times a week 30 - 60 min a workout and have always stayed the same weight. Listen, I am not one of those people that write bad reviews all the time because I think the world is out to get me. But, honestly I feel dumb for wasting my money on this product. I was taking a perfectly fine probiotic that worked well to keep my gut healthy. Then, I saw this miracle that was suppose to help me lose weight. Who doesn’t want to lose weight? So, I switched. DUMB! Not only did I not lose weight but with the previous probiotic out of my system I am all messed up in the tummy.I experienced zero effects with this product. I would not recommend it.
