I use these playing cards and square dancing to protect my wrists until they are stronger.

I am a lead guitarist for PopRox Hawaii and I needed this black wrist sleeve for therapeutic reasons.....it works perfectly!

Compared to other items like this it runs a bit large, moves around on my wrist when others do not. I would love to see a 9" - 12" version tot get the flexors and extensors more... more grip/less slide too.

Purchased the L/XL size and it was still very tight. The sizes run small. I’m not a big female and it was tight on my wrists.

Husband has very bad wrists and the sizing says Lg/Xl. We’ll they are much shorter than pictured on model.
