I didn't know what to expect, but it was also exactly what I was looking for.If you have a good imagination it can do some great things outside if it's own box as well as your own.No instructions; easy to assemble with patience and the bravery to use one'self's own mind.Needs an extra little bit of strength at the very end of assembling just to push it all nicely and tightly together.Small, simple but effective.Winner really.

My doctor recommended one of these to strengthen my core as my lower back aches quite often. So easy to slot together that my eight year old did it! If, like me, you’re not one for exercising then it takes a while to get the strength to operate it fully but I’m getting there! Haven’t used it for long enough to see a difference with the back pain (also I’m not proficient with it yet) but it’s a great core strengthener which doesn’t strain the back.

Used frequently and exactly as needed. I looked at loads of ab rollers before committing to this one.Requires minimal self assembly - easy peasy - and the knee pad is nice and thick.A tough exercise but with practise bets results!Durable, good quality and design, smooth movement.

I was surprised by the versatility of this tool, you can incorporate it into many exercises and it allows you to perform these with ease.Of course the main exercise is the ab roll for which it is very efficient. You can easily hold it during the exercise and the grip on the handles is a huge help. Beginners may find it difficult at first however you will easily become accustomed to it through practice.Overall, it'a a great tool for building abs and I've seen a huge difference in core strength and definition in the first couple of weeks.

So glad I purchased this product, great for to being and strengthening your core and so convienent to use anywhere, just word of caution take your time with this if you have not used it before as it can put massive demand on your muscles in this area , take it easy and slow at first until you become accustomed to it.Fast and speedy delivery from seller no problems.

Good price compare to other similar items and it is well made. Comfortable cushioned hand grips and sturdy plastic wheels that fit stably together with no gaps. The knee pad is a bonus. It is not that thick but does the job as an added extra. Customer service for this company was very responsive contacting me to make sure that everything was ok and I was happy with the purchase.

Done properly, ab rolling is a very effective exercise. This roller is robust, quiet, and it looks good too.

2 stars because although I received this item promptly, it was not what I expected. Really small and not great quality, I am simply keeping it because it was cheap however I don't recommend this item.Sorry
