Nature's Sunshine Magnesium Complex 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

Love this stuff! I've been taking this brand of magnesium for about 3 years, maybe a bit more. I've tried other brands and they don't seem to work. I do credit this stuff to helping keeping me sane and relaxed.I usually take 3 before bed every night and they help me get to sleep and insure I'll poop in the AM lolI think I'm a calmer person since I started taking these daily.

I've been taking this for a few years now. I started taking it to help me sleep better through the night after trying melanin which didn't help me. I've read that magnesium is supposed to be good for other things also. The complex was recommended as a better supplement.

These are good capsules, but others can work better at a cheaper price.
