I already had one installed but this seemed to be cheaper and easier to replace than other options. After removing the old one and installing it I immediately noticed slightly smoother shifting and I don't get lockout when shifting into gears anymore. I wouldn't pay more than $125 for this due to the simple construction but it's very well made it seems. I will update when it loosens, because after all I was replacing an old one, not an OEM mount.

If you have a Genesis coupe with a manual transmission then you need this, it corrects the 2nd gear lockout, makes shifts feel more direct and firm and allows you to put the power where it belongs, at the wheels instead of twisting the transmission. It is the biggest bang for the buck you can do. No noticable difference in NVH but noticable difference in acceleration. Took less than 30 minutes to swap, that's lying on my back in the dark with just a small LED light. You need only a 12mm and 14mm socket, a hydraulic jack to hold the trans in place, some jack stands or ramps and that's it. If you have a lift and trans jack and power tools it will take all of 10 minutes to change. Buy this, don't think about it just buy it, you will be so happy you did .

Major improvement in the shifting of gears ,much more solid. Even though much stiffer than original mount there is no additional vibration in the car. As others have said, every Genesis coupe with manual transmission should absolutely install this transmission mount.

This is a near must have for the Genesis Coupe. It helps to eliminate the second gear lock out that happens and just smooths out the shifts overall.

This is by far one of the best modifications you can do on your gc. It changes the entire feel of shifting. And in a great way!

One of the best mods you can do to the genesis. With a thick tyranny fluid and this no more gear grinding or getting stuck in a gear at high RPMs.
